S&B Southern BBQ is a family owned and operated business, headquartered in Kitchener, Ontario. All members of our team are certified food handlers, regulated by the Region of Waterloo. We use only locally available products and ingredients for all items on our menu. Aside from catering, we also compete on the Canadian BBQ Association competition circuit as well as the Kansas City BBQ Association tour. We feel that competing against the best BBQer's in North America forces us to constantly improve our methods and recipes and translates into one of the best food vending companies available in the area.
